Staffing and Executive Council of PakAID
The Organization was formed by a group of US Government exchange alumni, particularly the PFP Alumni, hence the executive council of PakAID has years of experience at national and international levels. Following is a brief profiles of the executive council and staffing.
Mr. Haseeb Kiyani,
CEO/President PakAID,
Past Country President, Pakistan US Alumni Network
Federal Advisor at Poverty Alleviation and Social Safety, Federal Ministry of Pakistan.
As a development professional Mr. Kiyani has over 20 years of experience in diverse areas of development with national/foreign organizations and funded projects (USAID, US Embassy, DFID, UNDP-JICA, LEAD International etc.) while undertaking a portfolio of multimillion USD projects/programs at grassroots and national levels in the areas of Diplomacy Grants, Scholarships, Cultural Diplomacy and Exchange Programs, Governance, Election Monitoring, Empowering Vulnerable Population, Social Entrepreneurship, Disaster Preparedness, Political Education, , Capacity Building, Peace building and Conflict Transformation, Education, Health, Energy, Leadership development, Youth, Climate Change, Human and Consumer Rights. He has served as Country President with Pakistan US Alumni Network (dealing all the scholarships and exchange program holders of the US government) for several years. He was Senior Training Officer with USAID-Training for Pakistan Project of worth 33M USD (dealing all the USAID Training, exchanges and scholarship programs in Pakistan and abroad). He obtained a master degree in Political Science and Project Management Professional (PMP) from BMC-PMI-USA and have attended number of academic and professional courses in Pakistan and abroad. Mr. Kiyani obtained Legislative Fellowship with US Department of State and World Learning in the US year 2010. He has also been the signatory of US Embassy/USEFP/PUAN Alumni Small Grants Program for three years and UNOCHA Relief Fund for one year. Currently Mr. Kiyani is serving with Poverty Alleviation and Social Safety, Federal Ministry of Pakistan as Advisor/Senior Consultant along with CEO/President PakAID. He has in-depth knowledge, experience about the donor communities, scholarships, diplomatic grants, public and cultural diplomacy, etc.
Mr. Asim Nawaz

Mr. Asim Nawaz has years of experience of grassroots level work with communities in almost every part of the country. He has served in number of NGOs at national and international levels. He looks after all the projects and programs of PakAID with the support of two program officers.
Ms. Hina Fatima
Executive Member, PakAID
Ms. Hina Fatima is also Professional Fellow/Legislative Fellow alumna and has been active part of Pakistan US Alumni Network. She has served in number of projects on women empowerment, social justice, economic and political participation of women. She has also served in the leading women NGO in Pakistan Aurat Foundation. Ms. Fatima does the coordination aspect of PakAID. She has also has a master degree.
Ms. Afza Khalid
Finance Member, PakAID
Ms. Afza Khalid is also one of the founding member of PakAID. She is also an US government Exchange Alumna and member of Pak US Alumni Network. She has served with the prestigious Peace and Justice Network in Pakistan. She has a master degree from Pakistan.
Mr. Waqar Ahmed
Executive Member, PakAID
Specialist and Expert on Poverty Alleviation
Ms. Waqar Ahmed has over 20 years of experience in the development sector learning multimillion dollar projects of UN, the World Bank, UKAID, USAID etc. He has a master degree in Geography and has attended number of training programs in Pakistan and abroad.
Mr. Mohsin Shahzad
Executive Member, PakAID
Educationist
Mr. Shahzad is the executive member of PakAID since its inception and looking after the financial matters and contracting. He is an educationist and has served in number of schools and colleges. He is Statistical expert with a post master M.Phil degree in Statistics. He has also been part of the National Socio Economic Registry of Pakistan. He also works with educational intuitions and students on at international level including US, Australia, Middle East, and Asia.
Ms. Amina Sadaf
Director Coordination, PakAID
Ms. Amina Sadaf is also a Professional Fellows Program Alumna of State Department and has participated in number events and programs of US Embassy in Pakistan. She is serving as Director Coordination with PakAID and has MBA degree. Previously she has served with the UK government for number of years.
Mr. Jamil Asghar
Director Training and Capacity Building, PakAID
Mr. Asghar has over 30 years of experience in management and trainings in Pakistan and abroad. He has served in leading positions with UN, ADB, Oxfam and many other donors and institutions. He is serving as Motivational speaker, director training and capacity building in PakAID since the inception
Mr. Hassaan
Program Officer, IT
Mr. Hassaan is working as Program Officer, IT with PakAID from last 4 years. He has served in number colleges, and universities as IT and examination officer. He is also expert in data management, IT equipment and designing.
