PakAID takes all its initiatives under its operational methodology which is based on the following salient features.
Training and Capacity Building
Many issues remained unsolved because of the lack of training and capacity, therefore till the capacity of any organization or department is not adequate to address the issue; that issue would remain unsolved. Therefore keeping in view the importance of capacity building and training, PakAID will keep the capacity building as a crosscutting methodology approach in its programs. It will arrange, facilitate and identify the capacity building opportunities for individuals and organizations at various levels to address the people’s concerned issues adequately.
Research
Pak Association for Inspirational Development (PakAID) conducts various researches to authenticate the arguments on issues that include both primary and secondary researches at different levels i.e. citizens, organizations, national, regional and international perceptions.
Exchange Programs
The senior founding members of PakAID have been part of many exchange programs, mostly with the United States. Therefore utilizing their expertise on exchange programs and public diplomacy, PakAID includes exchange programs as one of its working methodology. PakAID believes that exchange programs is a successful method to build the capacity of individuals and improve the people to people relations between Pakistan and the rest of the world particularly with the United States.
Conferences and Summits
PakAID believes on the academic discourse in the country that will eventually build the image of Pakistan. To achieve this PakAID organizes local, national and international conferences and summits in Pakistan on variety of national and international issues e.g. Education, Health, Energy, Economy, Agriculture, Governance and etc. National and international level stakeholders, speakers and participations will participate in these conferences.
Community Mobilization
PakAID involves communities in the solution of their issues to increase empowerment and ownership. Awareness raising on issues, message disseminations and generating public support are the basic purposes of the community mobilization at grassroots level. It seeks support on various kinds of development projects through community mobilization.
Public Policy
Pak Association for Inspirational Development (PakAID) believes on public policy and joining hands in solving the country issues with an inclusive approach. It will give a space for the governmental institutions and civil society to interface with each other and to generate support from the public in solving issues. This enhances the trust of citizens on governmental institutions.
